Most of this work is R&D, and R&D is the one thing worth talking about before it ships. Nothing on this page is claimed to be available or finished — each entry says exactly where it stands, including when that is “has never run”.
Turns a brief plus the knowledge base into a quotation, scope, timeline and bill of materials. Pricing is deterministic — integer paise, GST-aware, no model in the arithmetic.
Where it stands Engine, validation and wizard built and tested. Generation has never run end to end: it is waiting on verified customer rates, not on code.
Versioned operational knowledge with provenance on every figure — retrieved by exact id rather than similarity, so “why did it quote that rate?” has a one-line answer.
Where it stands Schema, loader and strict mode built. The base currently holds draft entries only, and strict mode refuses all of them. That is the design, not a fault.
Letting a model write proposal prose around figures it was handed, and checking afterwards that it invented neither a number nor a piece of equipment.
Where it stands The grounding check is written and raises rather than warns. It has never been run against a live model — the deterministic path comes first.
Venue-wide network for a live event: UHF RFID readers and operator laptops across eight doors to a central edge server, off a single client uplink. Fully temporary — no permanent cabling.
Where it stands Delivered. Now the first project extracted into the knowledge base, and the document set behind the extraction method.
An ESP32 quiz where the reaction you pick drives a mood, and the mood fires a physical relay. Nothing is scored — the piece reflects your mood back rather than grading you.
Where it stands Runs. Playable without hardware: with no ESP32 connected the server logs a simulated pulse and the interface says so.
One server hosting many products, with recovery, hardening, monitoring, backup and restore written as code rather than as a runbook nobody follows.
Where it stands Every line written; none of it verified on a live host. The acceptance suite has never exited 0, and until it does this counts as unproven.
The most useful thing you can send is a proposal or BOQ you have already issued. That is what the knowledge base is derived from.
